Macaron Collections are seasonal and available at dessert pop-ups around the PDX area.
These aren't the crunchy macarons you're used to - they're chewier with flavor profiles that are bright & complex! Each small batch ganache filling is crafted using the highest quality couveture chocolates, organic heavy cream, local & organic fruits, grassfed butter, vanilla bean and no preservatives.
